The Kansas Capital in Topeka is being refurbished. No one was there except a security guard who allowed us to wander around. We saw the senate chamber and old supreme court chamber. Most of the building was blocked off. We couldn't get near the dome or much of the rest of the building. After the storm last night, it was hot and humid today.
