We said good-bye to Tahquaenon S.P. this morning. We drove along the lake on the Whitefish Bay Scenic Bayway, stopped at the Point Iroquois Lighthouse, then on to Sault Ste. Marie. No trouble getting thru Customs, not even much of a line. Then up highway 17 along the lake to Lake Superior P.P.
Agawa Bay was the first campground and well recommended by Joe and Karen. We found a site overlooking the lake... with a lot of help from the neighbors. They were from Illinos and come up every year. Very friendly.
